Paul was appointed to the Road Haulage Association Law Plan Panel of approved Solicitors in 1997. He regularly appears in the Magistrates Courts representing Operators and drivers and in Public Enquiries before the Traffic Commisioner. He also has extensive experience in employment and Licensing Law and is a Criminal Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience.

Paul retired as a partner at the end of march 2008 and has become a Consultant to the firm.
