The Team advises on any issues the industry may face with employees, including disciplinary issues, terminations, restructures, complex discrimination issues and collective disputes. We provide a fixed-cost review of contracts, handbooks, policies and procedures and offer ongoing support via a telephone advice service, online updates, seminars and in-house training.
Contract and Property: Our Contract and Property Teams have experience of advising and negotiating all types of contracts in the industry, including infrastructure agreements and joint ventures.
Litigation: Our Litigation Department has over 40 years experience in advising the industry with regard to litigation including adjudications, arbitrations and claims.
