Health and Safety: Our Health & Safety Team provides specialist advice on all issues affecting the industry. We provide a fixed cost Health & Safety Risk Assessment and on-going support with regard to changes in Health & Safety legislation and Health and Safety Audits. Jonathan Marsh has recently joined the firm as a Health & Safety Partner from Eversheds in Cardiff. Jonathan has advised many small, medium and blue chip companies on Health & Safety matters across both Wales and the UK.
Employment: Our Employment law team provides proactive and practical advice on all aspects of employment law, from contracts and handbooks through to tribunal advocacy. The Team advises on any issues the industry may face with employees, including disciplinary issues, terminations, restructures, complex discrimination issues and collective disputes. We provide a fixed-cost review of contracts, handbooks, policies and procedures and offer ongoing support via a telephone advice service, online updates, seminars and in-house training.
Contract and Property: Our Contract and Property Teams have experience of advising and negotiating all types of contracts in the industry, including infrastructure agreements and joint ventures.
Litigation: Our Litigation Department has over 40 years experience in advising the industry with regard to litigation including adjudications, arbitrations and claims.
