Lowless Commercial’s specialist Health and Safety team provides advice and representation on a wide range of regulatory law issues covering the whole of the area of health and safety.

Our health and safety services include:

• Advising on health and safety systems and record keeping (including the drafting of a comprehensive and effective health and safety manual)
• Helping you draft specific health and safety policies related to, for example, manual handling, slipping and tripping, working at height, fire, driving at work, stress at work, asbestos problems, food controls and regulation
• Advising specifically on the crucial area of risk assessments
• Advising on how your business can take proactive preventative action
• Carrying out legal audits and advice on monitoring and auditing systems
• Liaising with any statutory authorities and, where appropriate, appealing on your behalf against statutory notices served upon you
• Assisting you immediately after any health and safety incident
• Assisting you with accident investigation and, where appropriate, providing training to your staff so that they can complete effective investigations
• Representing you during any formal statutory investigation to include any police station interviews and court hearings
