Lowless Commercial’s specialist Health and Safety team provides advice and representation on a wide range of regulatory law issues covering the whole of the area of health and safety.

Our health and safety services include:

  • Advising on health and safety systems and record keeping (including the drafting of a comprehensive and effective health and safety manual)
  • Helping you draft specific health and safety policies related to, for example, manual handling, slipping and tripping, working at height, fire, driving at work, stress at work, asbestos problems, food controls and regulation

  • Liaising with any statutory authorities and, where appropriate, appealing on your behalf against statutory notices served upon you
